To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Jacobite Uprising that ended at Culloden, the fourteen sets of tunes collected here are connected with the Jacobite Rebellion, for an album unusual in concept, but with great piping.
Although this fine pipe band is no longer a going concern, it was a force to be reckoned with in its day and was present annually at the Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow.
