This formidable duo Blackeyed Biddy comprised the late Lionel McLelland (lead vocals, guitar, flute, whistles, double bass) and Kris Koren (backing vocals, guitar, mandola, banjo, bodhran).
With the addition of producer Brian McNeill (fiddle, concertina) plus Finbar Furey (uilleann pipes, whistles) on Rolling Hills Of The Borders, making it one of the highlights of the album.
This was the third album by this busy Scottish duo, although first on Greentrax.
